I am a Sport Scientist and Physiotherapist and a Founder of Physio Coaching Academy Australia (PCAA), with over 40 years of clinical experience. My passion is to help people achieve optimal health and well-being through evidence-based, holistic, and client-centered approaches. I have worked with a diverse range of clients, from elite athletes to general population, and treated various musculoskeletal conditions, especially complex back pain cases.As a Physiotherapy Educator and Author, I have developed and delivered courses and online training products for physiotherapists, focusing on functional anatomy, exercise programming, and systemized assessment and treatment. I have also published five books on physiotherapy related topics, including The Back Pain Handbook in 2017. My mission is to share my knowledge and expertise with both my clients, and the physiotherapy community, to inspire them no matter what age or level of fitness, or year of graduation, to live a healthier and fitter life; and always be learning!
