Serve as a Risk Project Manager supporting Risk Portfolio Project Leader and Senior Risk Project Manager executing against highly transformational, complex bodies of work, including an enterprise-wide overhaul of Manager Control Assessments. Drive progress to establish a global, integrated thematic and root cause analysis program across the bank. • Drove risk reduction across the bank by closing 15 business-critical milestones as part of the larger US Government Consent Order and the bank’s transformation strategy.• Managed major replanning effort to align Federal Regulators’ expectations with Senior Leaders’ vision of transformation, which resulted in stronger controls to identify thematic and root cause issues, and reduced administrative overhead. • Coordinate global cross-line of business and line of defense (1st, 2nd, and 3rd LOD) driving on-time remediation and in accordance with Federal Regulators. Engage Front Line Units for issue quality review and ensure 2LOD challenge and policy development.

Manage the development of detailed contingencies & crisis action plans for special operations forces in the Levant; lead planning for the Levant Team, focusing on regional stability and allied nation capabilities; understand the strategic environment of force employment and integrate these considerations into strategies, plans, and orders.• Conducted detailed operational planning to rewrite the organization’s mission and operational design to support corporate strategy. The rewrite resulted in radical reallocation of resources and efficiencies. • Led planning to condense three separate organizations under a unified structure bringing much needed coherency to a regional strategy and a reduction in personnel and resource expenses.• Directed the realignment of a 3000-person department to gain increased efficiencies in personnel and authorities. The realignment required persuading two senior organizations to approve the merger.
