Prior to engaging in Managed Services, I worked with PMFTC Inc. (Formerly Philip Morris Philippines) and worked as the IS Customer Services Lead managing the Merger between Fortune Tobacco assets and Philip Morris processes deploying IT Solutions to all Sales Offices, Depots, and Tobacco Buying and Processing Centers all across the country. I also managed the company's mobile devices and created the Mobile Phone Policy, IT Hardware Life-Cycle, and IT Asset Management Policy still in place today. As the End-User front liner, we conduct New Employee Orientation on IT Systems, Policies, and Security and implement IT Controls in our systems. I had the opportunity to work for KFC Philippines (Ramcar Food Group) as the IT Support Head managing all IT Support functions for the company creating and implementing the IT Call Center for the Help desk, IT Asset Management, and Field/End User Support. I also managed the Global IT Service Desk of iQor, a BPO company as the AVP for technology supporting more than 20,000 employees all around the globe. I was able to streamline the processes and reduce the cost per incident from $12US to $3US hitting the ground running and creating the Global IT Service Desk from 4 IT analysts to a team working 24/7. *ITIL V3 Certified
