Secretary and ESC Co-Chairman, with NATO AWACS Program Management Administration (NAPMA), of the EEDB Working Group, a multi-national E-3 organization, which met regularly to address database and ESM software issues. This involved working with multiple USAF, NATO and FAF organizations (acquisition, intelligence, users, logistics and maintenance). Worked requirements definition, interface requirements, software and database releasability, and multi-national database coordination. USAF AWACS Step 1 Program - Team Test Lead: Coordinated and oversaw all hardware, software and system-level testing, including the Flight Test program. Reviewed and coordinated approval of contractor (Boeing) test activities. Responsible for the review of all test documentation. Interfaced with multiple USAF offices involved with these activities. These activities involved regular interfacing with the contractor (Boeing), as well as significant contacts with USAF and NATO. Integrated Contract (ICON) - Software and S/; This was a major upgrade to the US and NATO E-3 platforms. Performed full suite of software and SQA functions including site audits, reviews, corrective action processing, test witnessing and software configuration functions. Have worked with most Mil-Std standards related to software development, as well as ISO 900X.; - Worked IV&V development and testing for the MX missile project.
