Responded to over 100 shareholder inquiries a day re: IRA'Sand Keough plans and was asked to stay and spent year on transition team as customer service liason person to new custodian First Trust of Denver after SSB&T retirement plans department was sold. It was only then that it was Scudder's good fortune to call on me and that eventuality would see me answering the phone w/greeting "Scudder Funds" more the any one individual in its history in servicing for Scudder Direct.
