The purpose of the role is to: •Respond to the requests directed to the Helpdesk. Monitor and control the daily operations of the Airport buildings and record any system anomalies via the CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) fault recording system for remedial repair and planned preventive maintenance. Also deliver client service by taking inbound calls, receiving email requests received in adherence to procedural, productivity, and quality standards. •Coordinate with the maintenance team and complete the logged calls and update the records of the daily operation. •Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to the client. •Automation of planned services through FSI GO mobile application, to ensure all services PPMs are dispatched, work carried out and reported through CAFM system.
