With my graduation in Chemistry, from UFSCar, I have discovered a passion for integrating innovation and sustainability. In the last year of my degree, I joined PepsiCo as an intern in the R&D packaging department for Latin America and North America. This role provided me with exposure to other areas of the company across different regions of the world, engaging in projects of significant environmental impact and leading initiatives in productivity and savings.At Agrivalle Brasil, I undertook projects that challenged and expanded my expertise in project and process management. I was a key user for the PS module during the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, facilitating smoother transitions and operational efficiencies within the organization.Transitioning from R&D to QA at Agrivalle Brasil presented an opportunity to enhance quality assurance in our innovation and continuous improvement processes.
