Teaching more English better.

- Coordinated ESL teaching of ~200 recent immigrants in Trenton and on Princeton campus with ~100 tutors- Scaled from ~20 to ~100 weekly volunteers spending 3+ hours teaching English- Revitalized volunteer recruitment, established a French-focused group for French-speaking African immigrants, redesigned curriculum and training practices, reinstated on-campus classes after six years, integrated El Centro work into a bilingualism class, and introduced funded dinners for team building

- Worked with Prof. Matias Iaryczower and Prof. Juha Tolvanen on political economic research employing structural estimation. Besides exploratory discussions and small tests of new ideas, used Python for web scraping and natural language processing to gather data for this research.- Work with Matias Iaryczower to reorganize ECO576/POL584 (graduate course on structural estimation in political economy)

- Developed technical infrastructure to standardize forecasting procedure and backtesting protocol- Provided feedback on several projects to help guide their future mathematical research; in particular, on current assumptions in their approach to portfolio theory, supply chain finance for their private credit factoring branch, and future in-house implementation of ML-driven decision making

- Produced a technical annual grant report on AET’s objectives, results, and challenges faced- Worked with socioeconomic research group LEPES of the University of São Paulo to construct qualitative and quantitative analyses of their evaluative instrument, MARPP (Mapping of a Teacher's Pedagogical Reasoning)

- Investigated newspaper archives of 20th Century South Africa, online databases, and other academic resources to identify salient narratives throughout the literature and develop timelines of historical figures of interest to assist the writing of Prof. Dlamini’s next book, a biography of Apartheid psychiatrist Aubrey Levin- Generated theses and analysis on death and freedom in Black American literature for a series of lectures at Cambridge University
