Ensure accurately and timely issue all quotes to multiple stakeholders for the customer.Handling queries from customer relates to quotes and surcharges if any. coordinating with the pricing, operations, finance teamsSupport to outside sales for Rates filing and quotation details.To issue and convey to all internal and external sales staff all freight tariffs / rate sheets / surcharges and amendments as guided by Head Office and/or the Trade ManagerTo convey significant changes in any of the surcharges in the system to the concern agency teammates.Liaising with customer and respective sales team to fill the correct and acute cargo specification in OOG segment.Liaison between customers, the outside sales teams and HO on negotiation of freight rates.  This also involves timely handling of all inward emails, sales leads, progress chasing.Vigorous & timely follow up with various pricer’s for rates on all types of standards, special equipment (Haz, OOG etc.)  as well as missing information and filling if any.Handling Customer Query regarding the flow of the shipment from one place to another & also assisting the CMA CGM agency/Group with the solution.Training & assistance to teammates upon any query regarding the process.Cross trained under VAS DDSM project, which is been leading from my end.
