Responsibility:1.As the Bank assurance HR BP in western region to implement the company’s manpower needs and plans, responsible for the supervisor & below position’s recruitment, including resume screening, telephone interview, test, evaluation, salary negotiation, and hire.To complete recruiting tasks via effective recruitment channel and control the cost; 2. Be responsible for the turnover management, including exit interviews, termination analysis. And provide the turnover analysis report to sales team to help them reduce the turnover rate; 3. Be responsible for HR-related procedures in local, including hiring,exit,promotion, transfer,contract management,probation evaluation, leave and overtime management etc.4. Implement and promote the annual performance management in Western region.5. Keep the good communication with employees and maintain a harmonious labor relations in WH. E.g., organize the Sales Rap Session or Round Table to better understand them and make sure they are aware of the company news and updates. 6. Drive HR initiatives such as Welcome package project or Employee engagement survey etc. 7. Deliver the New hire orienation in WH. 8. Delivery the C&B operation for western region and submit the IIT for Wuhan & Chengdu. 9. Good cooperation with external HR agency and to ensure that their social security benefits& Housing operation in accordance with the national and local policies and regulations, ensure that the company’ system and the C&B related matters follow the State and local laws and regulations;10.Deliver the HRIS UAT test in WH. 11. Provide professional advice, consultation and guidance to employees on all HR related policies and practices. 12. Interpret policies to employee; make sure all HR policies are up to date and in compliance. 13. AS the mentor to train and direct the work for HR new guy in HR team for Western region.

Responsibility:2007.8—2010.51. Coordinate and support for national project of 3rd party employees. Such as recruitment、training、compensation & benefit, etc. 2. Improve and simplify the day to day work flow to be optimum. Update third-party personnel related policies3. Coordinate and develop the relationship with dispatch of third-party companies and related department within the company.4. Responsible for coordination and communication among regional personnel admins.Organize & hold the regular Tel Conference with all the regional Personnel Admin. 5. Collect and deal with the problems of 3rd party employees management.6. Improve and simplify the work flow to be optimum.7. To organize and implement recruitment activity to meet the requirement from the regional business managers. And guarantee that those people, who are in line with both the requirement of position and company, should be in service in time. A.Responsible for recruitment of 3rd party employees in my responsible region independently B.To organize and coordinate recruitment for formal employees including Sales supervisor etc. I will go through and select the CV , deliver the telephone interview ,and assist in assessment group. C.To support GMT program what is to recruit General Management Trainee in local campus.2. To calculate wage for responsible region employees. 3. To maintain E-HR system.4.
