Support CPA’s Customer Programs, Regulatory Affairs, and Government Affairs teams by drafting and reviewing service agreements, regulatory filings, and legislative proposals. Other responsibilities include advising on financial documents, marketing materials, and program design.

I conducted policy analysis and regulatory advocacy before state regulatory agencies. Efforts included building coalitions with diverse stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams internally within CPA and with other community choice aggregators.

Drafted and negotiated complex financial agreements, procurement contracts, and other legal documents related to the construction and operation of energy projects and public infrastructure. Represented lenders, investors, and sponsors in energy and infrastructure transactions, including tax equity investments in American wind farms, a $250 million revolving loan for a renewable energy developer, a $1.2B gas asset portfolio purchase and sale, and an $850 million loan for a municipal water project.

Conducted legal research and wrote memos regarding environmental, natural resources, and land law matters.

Tracked Congressional activity and wrote policy and informational briefs for the Chair of the Council on Environmental Quality.

Managed over 40 interns for the inaugural Walk the Talk Summer Internship Program.

Managed five volunteer teams and day-to-day operations for President Obama's campaign in Washington County, Oregon.
