Daily Responsibilities:Update and record daily student fee collections.Deposit student fees to the bank.Monthly Responsibilities:Prepare and submit monthly reports to the accounts department, including the student master list, billing details, outstanding balances, daily collection summaries, and assist with accounting tasks.Manage petty cash reimbursement and cash flow.Handle claims processing.Process invoices and utility bills.Update student data regularly.Maintain payment filing documentation.Assist the center head with administrative tasks.Manage office supplies and toiletries.Oversee record keeping and ensure data accuracy.Assist with recruitment, public relations, alumni relations, and marketing activities.Track and resolve collection issues, ensuring accurate payment tracking and bank deposit summaries.Compile and analyze sales performance summaries and tracking.Issue purchase orders.Assist with academic tasks, including managing the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) for JPK.Develop and maintain a comprehensive filing system.Order office supplies and manage inventory.Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment by completing preventive maintenance and arranging repairs as needed.Coordinate office procedures to enhance efficiency.General Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness and safety standards, ensuring the training center is clean and 5S principles are implemented at all times.Ensure all equipment and tools are prepared and ready before practical classes commence.

Weekly:Submit a Weekly 5S Report.Submit a Weekly Vehicle Report.Submit a Weekly Store Usage Report.Daily:Check and remark on student use of tools.Inspect tools after student use and document any issues.Yearly:Conduct a Stock Take.General:Perform regular checks for building maintenance.Conduct regular checks on library PCs.Document and report any damage or missing tools.Maintain stock cards for consumable items.Label all equipment appropriately.Prioritize cleanliness and safety, ensuring the training center is always clean and that 5S standards are consistently met.Ensure all equipment and tools are prepared and ready before commencing practical classes.
