I promoted to Account Leader for Candela Labs in Asia Region for key clients such as Prudential, AXA Affin and BUPA of Asia Pacific. Leading in both Transformation Project Delivery as well as Support Management of the clients in the involved geography. I am having smaller teams of Project Manager to handle the project management and delivery task while I focus on the Financial aspect as well as the Resourcing aspect in the region.

I'm the Project Manager of the Deployment Division which involve in the Planning and Deployment of Solution and Services provided by Candela Labs. In this division, we are to plan and execute the Implementation Activity while ensuring both the Timeline and Budget is adhered. I had been assigned with Projects from Asia region such as Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand and Philippines as well as other neighboring countries. I had successfully deployed 2 major Transformation project in the company for our key-client in Prudential Hong Kong and Prudential Thailand.

I'm an outsourced resource from HCL Axon to Agilent Penang to manage on all Product Transfer related IT Matters. This includes of the task below• Planning of IT Setup for any Product Transfer from or to Agilent Technologies. Defining the IT Requirements and Deliverables• Coordinate and schedule on the project execution while making sure it's completed within the assigned time-frame.• Manage Expectation of different party such as Requestor, Contract Manufacturer and Agilent IT• Task delegation to the proper team to ensure task is handled by proper personnel• Follow-up on any IT related issue during the whole project execution duration.• Documentation of IT Information for the Product transferred for future reference.• Single point-of-contact for Agilent Division for all IT related request for Product Transfer• Support for Business Partner Integration application and incidents

First working company where I started as a Trainee and moving upwards to System & Network Engineer before leaving as Project Leader. Assisting my manager in the Managed Services Department, we are working closely with clients like Dell , AMD, Fedex, Lumileds and other MNC factories in Penang area in System Support Outsourcing. I've managed to setup a running operations of Dell Survey from the setup of the PBX Servers to cover even recruitment. I was heavily involved in the operation meeting and updates for all Operations by providing the Weekly Update Report, RAG reports when required as well as Monthly Steering Committee Meeting.
