LONG TERM CONTRACTS PROJECT MANAGEMENT (HYDRAULIC COMPONENT REPAIR WORKS)-Management of Long Term Price Agreement projects. (ADNOC DRILLING)-Overlook Project Status against each repair jobs-Oversee the smooth operations of the Major Maintenance of Clients Offshore & Onshore Assets marked for overhaul.-Plan and assist procurement departments for the timely availability of spare parts-Plan manpower for offshore attendance -Manage change orders and explore additional business from the client.PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR MARINE ELEVATOR INSPECTIONS & REPAIRS-Plan and Execute manpower for Elevator Annual Inspections on marine Vessels -Plan and Execute Repair works on Vessels and Drydocks-Manage the execution of Long Term Contract for Elevator on Offshore Accommodation Platform ADNOC OFFSHORE (6 years)-Manage the proposals for new spare parts and execution of orders for spare parts-Provide assistance to the client to manage the purchase of spare parts and plan the replacement jobs on offshore platforms-Manage the offshore personnel passes and keep updated the client requirements of the personnel (Offshore BOSIET trainging, Medicals, CIPCA passes etc..)-Follow up on Call off orders, Change Orders, Invoicing and uploading in the client portals.MARKETING, SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT -Registration & Prequalification Activities with Major Oil Companies for Hydraulic Supplies and Services-Estimation of Costs and preparation of value based Bid Proposals (Technical & Commercial)-Lead for Tendering process, attend pre-bid meetings, coordinate between various departments for technical and commercial inputs, Prepare bids, Tender submittals, Drawings, arrange bid bonds, performance bonds, Tender negotiations, and post award paperwork.-Mobilization of equipment and resources for all contracts and keep track of variation orders within the tenders, Manage paperwork, overlook Invoicing and Payment follow-ups.
