• Manage various T&M, FFP, & CPFF contract types providing program financial support for multiple government client-based stoplight program contracts in a portfolio totaling $158M. • Participates in the control of costs (and schedules) on contracts requiring validated cost and schedule control system. • Performs analysis and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines. • Preparation of budgets and schedules for all contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis• Notify program management of expected funding expenditure timeframes to avoid work at risk scenarios• Constructs work breakdown structures to ensure accurate revenue recognition• Present financial performance data and metrics in monthly customer Program Reviews as a part of the program team • Ad hoc financial analysis as requested by Program and Business Management leadership in support of corporate financial goals• Provide pre-emptive EBIT impacting scenarios to compensate for potential government shutdown impacts

•Generate manual and automated invoices for Government Contracting services within AR department guidelines including several high profile Stoplight contracts•Coordinate unbilled analyses with Program Management to ensure DSR goals are maintained throughout the year •Provide Contract Administrators notifications once 70% of funds have been expended on each contract•Assist Leads and 50/50 with review/approval of invoices created by other team members•Well versed in interpreting and initiating the billing process for Cost Plus, Firm Fixed Price, and Time & Material contracts•Contracts account for +$5M of $17M IIS OU monthly billing goals•Provide feedback to Autobill SME Group with newly implemented automation processes•Developed Autobill validation checklist for the AR department •Inform internal customers of invoice review/submission status as necessary•SAP Autobill SME for the AR Department
