Provide Product Support Advice and guidelines to BHP our client on current Equipment Fleet Health and Continuous Improvements to achieve high equipment KPI’s in Reliability and Availability.• Improving fleet management practices and performance; delivering equipment life cycle costing method & practices that support maintenance excellence and equipment reliability.• Asset condition monitoring and Continuous Improvements analytic skills and engaging maintenance team and all stakeholders in effectively optimizing Asset Life Cycle. Tracking oil analysis; MTBF; MTTR; Equipment Availability and Reliability. • Maintenance systems used include AMT, SAP, FIORI, MineStar & Modular CMMS systems. Contributing and executing Planning and Scheduling PM’s using Project Plan. Carrying out Root Cause & Failure Analysis (RCA) and Process Improvements on Caterpillar mobile and plant equipment and maintenance practices (PIP's & PSP's)
