• Facilities in Charge at SM City Cagayan de Oro • Handles all engineering related concerns in the mall. • Coordinates with 3rd party contractors regarding mall repairs and maintenance works. • Provides technical/logistics support on maintenance and operation of electrical/mechanical facilities of the Mall. • Coordinates with the Engineering Design Division during renovations, facilities improvement and engineering related operational program of the mall. • Implement and schedule preventive maintenance program of all electrical and mechanical equipment. • Monitor all preventive maintenance contracts awarded to third party contractors pertaining but not limited to elevators, escalators, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, motors, generators and the like. • Estimate and evaluate all civil, electrical and mechanical works. • Coordinate with Mall Operations during mall events and provide support for all their facilities related needs. • Approve new tenant construction plans as per SM City standards. • Monitor and inspect all phases of new tenant construction from start to opening day. • Conduct meetings with prospective tenants to ensure that all their engineering related queries are answered. • Design and estimate mechanical related works for mall improvement and repairs. • Monthly monitoring of mall utilities expenditures and consumption. • Budgeting and utilisation of capital and operational expenditures. • Lead the engineering team consisting of plumbers and electricians. • Ensuring that all mall facilities are always in good working condition.

• Quality Assurance/Quality Control Engineer • Conducts testing and commissioning for MEPFS installations on site. • Ensures that all contractor works are following Ayala Land Premier standards. • Monitoring for all MEPFS work progress on site. • Coordinate with contractors regarding punch lists found on site. • Provide technical support to all Ayala Land properties during scheduled maintenance, equipment installations and turn overs of equipment. • Submit reports to Project Managers. • Represent the Project Managers during meetings with contractors, owners, and other stakeholders.
