Won “Best Q2 Profit” in FYE 2020 in all of Apparel.• Led markdown allocation for the entire Men’s Apparel Department. • Training lead for Apparel Analytics, a group that streamlines processes and creates data visualization to aid associates. Average attendance of 150 associates per training.• Sponsored MBA intern project to investigate the formation of a Sports Council. Coached, mentored, and drove the growth and development of the intern throughout the summer of 2020.• Created hierarchy and budget from scratch to ensure seamless department consolidation for Sports License, a hardlines business that Men’s Apparel absorbed.

• Designed assortment optimization process which makes recommendations on which SKUs to delete from assortments. The process saved $2.4 million in labor costs and $1 million in negotiations with one supplier in one category.
