I am passionate about making a change in our westernised society, as I feel we have lost our way on the human aspect of our culture. My work in educating young people, in school, in prisons and other places, consists mainly of building self esteem. Most of us are products of our backgrounds and up-bringing, and sadly, often victims. I find that many young people in this country lack a belief in themselves and it is most important, if we want change, to start with the young.I followed my passion for film-making in my younger days, and won some prestgious awards. This gave me a stronger belief in myself which has helped me understand my potential in many facets. I have recently made a return to film-making after a period of thirty eight years away. Life is interesting if you have the courage to participate in it! I don't have to step out of my comfort zone as I live outside it anyway! It's a great place to find that elusive freedom! The freedom we all have a right to, but rarely find, my brothers and sisters.
