Mr. Ho is a practitioner with over 35 years of experience in the industry. Since 1990 he had joined Kai Shing Property Management Services Ltd. and left as Assistant General Manager for both facilities and clubhouse management, he covered extensive management experience in various types of new property developments ranging from residential, commercial, industrial and giant cargo building as well as acting as the co-head of a subsidiary company rendering professional F &B and clubhouse management services for over 6 years.He left Savills Property Management Limited as Senior Director and started his own property management company as joint partner, consultant and started off in leasing/agency work as well.He has currently passed the licence requirement of Estate Agents Authority and has obtained EAA Estate Agent's Individual Licence. He has now accumulating leasing experience since acting as Senior Director in Savills Property Management Limited.In public service, he was the Vice-President of The Hong Kong Institute of Housing (HKIH). He was the Member of Hong Kong Council of Volunteering Social Service of Agency For Volunteer Service. He was also a Member of the Property Management and Security Consultative Network of Employees Retraining Board, Member of Property Management Industry Tripartite Committee of Labour Department and Member of Appeal Panel of Building Rehabilitation Company Registration Scheme, URA. He served the HKIH for more than 18 years. During the appointment period in the Council, he was also appointed as Vice President, Treasurer and Sub-Committee Chairman such as External Affairs Committee, Social Activities Committee and Publication Committee. He was also the Convenor of Inquiry Committee and Volunteer Ambrassdor Team of the Institute.
