- Conduct study on residents’ needs and interests to plan and coordinate community events, courses and activities for residents- Collaborated with the marketing team and contributed valuable ideas during brainstorming sessions and provide support on creating marketing collaterals - Support and execute Edusave Awards Ceremony, proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day- Plan and facilitate TraceTogether tokens collection, allocation of manpower and ensuring that everything runs smoothly and according to plan- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks

- Deliver quality customer experience. (Excellent food /Customer interactions). Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.- Communicate effectively with team members to complete a variety of duties, including administrative, kitchen, and front desk.- Executing all tasks assigned by the team leader or manager diligently, on schedule, and to the highest standard.
