I have vast experience in Water and Sanitation (WATSAN) work and in general construction, particularly Civil Works. I was trained in United Kingdom on Bailey bridge Construction. In 2007, I received an award from African Media Net Work as Engineer of the year for Republic of Liberia .I have Supervision and administrative experience and have control over workforce. I have worked on many Civil Work Projects in Liberia and have worked with large Institution such as UNDP, UNICEF, UNOPS, Oxfam- GB Liberia, ICRC, LCIP, WEST Construction and International Construction and Engineering (ICE). I have worked with the Government of Liberia for seven years. I have 30 years combine technical and practical experience in Civil Works and have the knowledge of interacting with contractors to perform quality work in accordance with the drawing and work specification. I know and understand the unique climate and condition in Liberia and have worked in all the rural Counties of Liberia. I also have knowledge in cost estimation; that is , quantity surveying. I have experience in dealing with contracts; cost control, strategy in completing task on time. I am reliable, consistent, steady, even paced approach to work. I am team player. As part of the team, I ensure income and margin targets are achieved. Ensure adherence to contract terms and conditions through the works. I ensure timeous cash collection to laid down procedures.
