With more than 10 years of experiences in hardware & system solutions procurement, planning & provisioning all the equipment, operating the routine task, and perform maintenance of hardware & systems. Able collaborating well with vendor or system integrator who supply hardware equipment like computers, printers, servers, networks, firewalls & providing better solutions to enhance company systems. Managing the project and task with all the bureaus/branches, subsidiaries, and operations throughout nationwide. Leading the project involving procurement & provisioning operations. Conducting strategic planning of solutions, collaborating the team with vendors, provisioning & deployment, service monitoring, project handover until live operations, data centre support and maintenance. Working closely, manage, and maintain a good relationship with all the staff, team member, and vendors such as TM, TIME, M.Tech, Glocomp, Spectrum Edge, RCS, etc. The exposures with the vendors, changes in company environment, and experiences from day to day enables me to be more collaborative in between vendors & my team member, capable of helping my team member on solving / complete the task faster by advising them a better solution, or delivering a better results within a time range given. Therefore, to ensure our shared service management providing a better solution within the group. Going through the years of high involvement in operations and maintenance, trained to lead the troubleshooting, and developed skills in risk management. Thus, to be able to resolve those critical case in the shortest manner, to restore the services, and minimize the lost impact. My job function is to be able to prioritize provisioning and operation task, service assurance within a given timeline, and to have strong business continuity sense on a day to day routines.

Starting as IT Executive when first join the company, my learning curve begins with managing, troubleshooting, and deploying computers, laptops, & printers support task assigned via service desk portal or phone calls. After that, I had been assigned to upgrade company antivirus alone without any consultation from any antivirus principle or vendors. It was completely deployed for about 6 months including strategizing, testing, pilot, & deploy. Besides that, a special project like getting live broadcasting of company annual events with collaboration of AV (audio & video) department start using Windows Server 2003 broadcast system internally via WAN link until enhance by using Google YouTube channel broadcast externally with only publish within the domain.

As an internship trainee in CSA, I was learning start from scratch like format & install windows into a desktop or laptop, how to configure printer as local or network, join domain for the computers, troubleshoot all the computers & printers assign by ticketing system, installing & configuring company related software, and assisting seniors or executives colleague to solve user’s problem.
