I've been the lead on all of Kay's automation developments and continuous improvements in regard to automation. I've reviewed procedures, processes, and equipment layouts for Kay. Making the necessary adjustments have improved Kay's profitability performance. I've also mentored several interns at Kay. I have mentored elementary students in the FIRST Program, high school students in Vex Robotics, and am a board member for for St. Joseph Public School Robotics program. I've also played the important role of being a company liaison for Kay Manufacturing,  presenting and communicating with different areas of the business.
