I am one of the persons in the company who identifies new accounts, analyses customer needs, proposes business solutions, negotiates and oversees the implementation of new projects. I also retain and service existing business, while assessing the opportunity to provide additional solutions that will expand the degree of the clients current way of working and thus ensuring good client relationship.

Managing each customer solution assigned, in a project driven manner, inclusive of but not limited to implementation sessions, work sessions, hand holding after implementation, ongoing customer meetings, and quality assurance audits. Identifying opportunities for improvement and remedial action after a process where a critical evaluation of mapping results was conducted. Results are derived from the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
