Being adept at multifaceted and dynamic skills in the IT industry and Engineering industries, I have honed my expertise not only in hands on implementation of practical solutions to organizations, but also advanced to offer training from basic level to Master trainer and Trainer of Trainers in various platforms.I am excellent and efficient in handling tasks, management of both personnel, logistics, programs and equipment, having built the skills over time and demonstrated in different capacities as assigned the corresponding responsibilities. I have excelled in successfully transferring skills in IT both in software development and computer networks, surveillance, biometrics and the growing field of Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics and Machine Learning and developed a number of applications in the respective disciplines.In program management, I have handled several donor funded programs and successfully achieved milestones in linking youth to jobs, and career development.In the field of academia, I have been involved in development and finalising of curriculum and played part in developing course materials for the smartacademy program spearheaded by ICTA for advancement of the digital economy. Have also continued to work with the youth and young people in accessing and undertaking of online jobs and trained different cohorts over the same under the ICTA - Konza initiative program dubbed Jitume. Over to the industry, I have supervised a number of IT projects as site engineer for Network Surveillance, Access Control and Biometric installations for KeNHA stations, designing and commissioning of working systems within record time.
