Patients are homebound and require assistance unable to be provided themselves and are unable to get to the hospital in a scheduled basis. The patient geographics have a wide range of age as well as their care plans such as surgical wounds, wound vacs, and coumadin therapy. Constant communication between the patient's primary physician, occupational and physical therapist is key in providing the best care for each patient.

Bayside marin is a dual diagnosis facility and offers programs to help aide people with substance addiction.
