I worked on the Overture software development team. Overture is a software based audio visual remote management and monitoring system. Within the team, I was in charge of the good performances of the drivers development department, and of providing the developers with the right tools and work environment to support those performances.•Developed a network of technical partners and manufacturers who could provide us access to the equipment and technical support needed to develop and test our drivers.•Developed, in collaboration with the project manager in charge of deployments, the priority management tools to assure efficient delivery of the projects on time.•By providing them with proper support from our partner network, we Increased the productivity of the driver team and extended the drivers catalog from a few dozen supported devices to over a thousand supported devices within the first two years.
