Accomplished construction of M&E services from Q3 2017 to Q1 2020 at Cybersouth @ Dengkil township project in completion of infrastructure works such as Sewerage Treatment Plant for 60,000 PE modules to served currently new phases of housing, Club House & 264 units Townhouse & 251 units of Double Storey terrace. Actively involved in material approval & purchasing, monitroting subcontractor schedule work programme milestones, certified sub-contracts work done, identified Variance Order works, resolve all techincal installation compliance with specification & coordination with builders works.Accomplished recent 2017 Skypark Cyberjaya project consisting 6 blocks of services apartment, sofo unit, hotel, strata offices & supermarkets & retails unit with combine 5 underground basements...which costing more than RM 800 million project capitals. Assisting Senior M&E manager & work with in house electrician in complete electrical submain cabling system in entire project. Coordination with C&S, architectural & ID works with in house consultant & purchaaing to schedule proper material request raised & technical issue solve. Monitor subcontractors on site installation progress in achieving project milestones. Assisting ELV team in all course of on site coordination & planning works.Completed UiTM Dengkil in M&E works (STP in campus, Street lighting & traffic lights at main road, ELV & Electrical Low Voltage) at Jan 2016... Proceed MCT in house projects for ELV system site progress coordinate, planning, monitoring & implement site installation works for new project at Sky Park Cyberjaya (6 block high rise building cum service apartment, soho, soho duplex, hotel, offices) & Lakefront Home (6 block PR1MA apartments), Lakefront Resident (2 block condominium) & electrical plumbing sub coordinates works...

Completed Educity Iskandar- University of Reading Malaysia. Sub-contractor of IJMC for supply, install, test & commission the Electrical, ELV & AV services. Assisting project manager in value engineering design in shop drawing. Method of statement, catalog & material submission. Site progress coordination, monitoring & report in line with monthly progress claim. Quality control in major main & fields equipment.Completion Jan 2015.

System integration & project management in Audio Visual, Extra Low Voltage system, Security & Communication. To supervise entire CSI (Communication, Security & Imaging) division such as system design, technical spec compliances and project sales skills. Must be fully knowledgeable about all systems being offered and design to customer. Provide training for new staff to execute large scale projects. Ensure project implement time line & cost control.
