Francis is currently a Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Credit Suisse, focusing on the Industrial sector. He is a MBA graduate of the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Amherst College.Before business school, Francis worked at AIG in the US property & casualty insurance company, where he helped oversee the implementation of the global claims best practice program. Prior to that, Francis worked in the Global Strategy & Consulting group at the AIG Corporate Headquarters, developing long-term growth strategies for AIG subsidiary companies with focus in the Asia region. Before AIG, Francis was responsible for managing the P&Ls of the two major marketing channels for Synapse, a magazine and merchandise marketing company.
