To me, skateboarding is the greatest feeling ever and a big part of who I am. It introduced me to different art forms, from painting, to photography, to music and more. Through its culture, I got to meet the most passionate people that pushed me to approach things in creative ways and to always strive to improve myself.It also helped me to look at the idea of cities with a unique perspective, which led me to want to know the process behind their design and eventually to study Landscape Architecture. As a skateboarder, I have experienced the urban realm from multiple outlooks and can relate with how public spaces can shape who you are as an individual as well as have an impact for the well-being of communities.I’m inspired by the vision to generate spaces that resonate with the people who experience them. I believe that progressive design should transgress prescribed usages of spaces, leaving opportunities to engage with the architecture, find comfort, challenge yourselves and above everything, feel free to be creative.Since 2018, I am part of the design team at Newline Skateparks, where I get to contribute to the development of highly integrated, world-class spaces for skateboarding that are informed by the latest design standards and community consultation process. Constantly amazed by the infinite possibilities offered by the field of landscape architecture, I am always seeking to experiment with different creative outlets and explore new ideas.__
