•Create internal resources regarding updated business practices of the Margin team for internal use to best align with company-wide policies and FINRA regulations •Assists with daily audit of federal and maintenance calls to ensure we are in compliance with FINRA regulations and to validate accurate dollar amount of calls being issued •Monitor clients accounts for House Calls, Federal Calls and Trade related debt to ensure requirements are met and if not taking appropriate action to minimize risk to the firm •Review accounts for FINRA violations and related issues including, liquidations, 90 Day Restrictions and Free riding on a daily basis •Effectively communicate and respond with advisors/clients ensuring all issues are addressed •Contribute to projects directly impacting Margin team by working with team members on multiple teams to resolve issues in an accurate and timely manner •Partner with our new hires to ensure accurate information is delivered to home office and field representatives •Update both internal resources and polices to best reflect most current company and FINRA regulations
