I am an Economics and Statistics student with a skill set in data analysis. As a Data Analyst, I interpret data and turn it into information which can offer ways to improve a business, thus affecting business decisions. I am tasked to gather information from various sources and interpret patterns and trends. Once I have gathered and interpreted the data, I report back what has been found in a comprehensive study to the wider business/relevant colleagues. I often make recommendations about the methods and ways in which a company obtains and analyses data to improve quality and the efficiency of data systems. My day to day tasks include but not limited to: 1.Collecting and interpreting data 2.Analysing results 3.Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business 4.Identifying patterns and trends in data sets 5.Working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs 6.Defining new data collection and analysis processesSome of my Qualifications are but not limited to: 1.
