 Daily booking of inventory requisitions and invoicing all branches. Daily inspection of kitchen production and confirming that output products reconciles with the raw materials input. Daily receiving of production from the central kitchen into the Material Control (MC) System. Daily monitoring of waste levels at the central kitchen for appropriate action to minimize wastage.  Conducting mid-month and end-month stock-take of both dry goods and perishable products in the chiller and freezers. Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports and presenting them to the directors. Supervision of store-clerks and ensuring smooth running of the stores. Daily follow-ups on delivery policy of dispatched items to all branches and maintaining proper documentation of the same.

 Preparing pupils’ bills and collecting all fees & extras in QuickBooks. Monitoring income and expenditure in relation to budget and presenting regular financial reports. Preparing and verifying vouchers in accordance with the laid down rules and regulations Keeping the accounts of the school and preparing statement of financial activities. Payment of all salaries and wages. Reconciliation of sub-ledger accounts to the General Ledger. Filling & remittance of statutory payments including PAYE, NSSF and NHIF to respective bodies. Supporting the internal and external audit function during audit process. Bank reconciliation & Petty cash management. Making follow-up on accounts receivables of all students, and receiving, verification & payment of supplier invoices.
