• Verify the work requested based on the Drawings and Specification requirements.• Check the quality of the work, materials and equipment for consistency with the contract documents. Notify the contractor of any portion of work that did not conform to the specifications.• Prepares Status reports / Accomplishment Reports. Verify quantities and Contractor's accomplished works based on actual done on site.• Supervise sampling and testing of materials. Ensure that the material arrive at required strength and quality.• Prepares Statement of Works Accomplished and Variation Order. Determine correct computation and calculation.• Prepares detailed estimates, unit costing and as-built plans. Establish acceptable costing based on suitable prices.• Present at the site of the work to inspect the contractor's activities. Advise ahead of time the Contractor's Engineer on the proper steps to be done.• Prepares correspondence regarding concerns / inquiry of affected establishments. Ensure that their concerns / inquiry were addressed properly.• Prepares Quantity Estimates for Tendering and Evaluate the submitted tender of the contractors.• Prepares Shop Drawing or any related drawing such as sanitary design drawing, and etc.• Evaluate the submitted monthly invoice of the main contractors & subcontractors.• Prepares other related tasks as may be assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time.
