I hold a Ph.D. in Development Studies and a Certificate in Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment(B-BBEE) Management Development Programme. As a Black Economic Empowerment (BEE), Development and Research Specialist, I help companies to become BEE compliant, ensuring that all Employment Equity and Skills Development submissions are done correctly and implemented effectively. Besides, I assist clients in preparing for verification audits and achieving their aspired BEE level. I am also a founder of the Development and Research Institute for Southern Africa (DRISA) Consulting Services. I have vast experience in program facilitation, proposal development, project management, monitoring and evaluation of projects, assessment, report writing, strategic planning, and organizational development. I have more than fifteen years of experience in the field of development and research focusing on HIV/AIDS, livelihoods, education, emergency preparedness, advocacy, human rights, justice, and food security. I have worked with several organizations as a lead consultant, research assistant, enumerator, project manager, team manager, development coordinator, and proposal developer, offering technical support to various organizations and companies.
