Before making a lifestyle change I was managing director of Cegos UK, part of the Cegos Group, a world leader in learning and development. With over 20 years experience in the industry, I advised board members and senior level clients of leading brands across a diverse range of industry sectors including professional services, financial services, technology, engineering and retail. Prior to Cegos, I held a number of management and leadership roles at Barclays during a 20 year career with the group. I am an NLP practitioner and highly skilled in developing programmes for high potential leaders, talent management, change management, diagnostics, psychometrics, executive coaching, management development, e-learning, social and blended learning. I believe that training needs to be an emotional event and success depends on finding the right solution for an individual and their personal needs.As an author, media contributor, conference speaker and former Training Journal Awards judge, I am always keen to promote best practice in L&D.
