Additionally, I was responsible for leading the conceptualization and design of a "future state" system that will enhance seamless and data collection, generation of reports and visualizing of data.

Timor-Leste

I was the lead consultant for the Government of Timor Leste review of the current Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS) Information Systems and Processes. My key role included working with the various government departments, UNICEF and the World Health Organization (WHO) to review Civil Registration (Birth & Death Registration, Person Registration, Marriage, Divorce, Property and Citizen Registration), and design a future state, integrated system, supported by a unique person identifier.My key roles included the review of processes, policies and ICT infrastructure, and the provision of recommendations to ensure an integrated CRVS system, driven by a unique identifier. The system design looked at the integration of health programs into the CRVS cascade to ensure SDG indicators related to immunization and growth monitoring of children are monitored and reported on a regular basis.

Responsible for the development & implementation of an Integrated Human Resources information system to manage the health workforce. I have successfully managed to deploy the system in all the 47 counties and the National Ministry of Health, managing all Human Resources Management & Development aspects for over 70,000 public health care workers and over 30,000 donor-contracted workforce. The system is the true source of health workforce information in Kenya, and is used for daily planning, budgeting and management of workforce to ensure optimization and improved patient services and outcomes

Designed, Developed and Deployed an Electronic Medical System for monitoring of HIV patients2.
