• Responsible for RFQ/Project of main customer, successfully develop new project fuel transfer pump, cylinder rod and track shoe.• Responsible for implementing the process of supplier sourcing, identification, assessments, audits, development and commercial negotiation to gain the right quality, delivery, service and cost.• Responsible for the creation of export related documents. • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with suppliers for product development and production, continuously improve supplier performance.• Develop the new customers in order to keep the business increasing.

• Build and maintain a strong local and regional vendor network to replace the origin Italy suppliers, reduce 40% lead time and make 20% cost saving.• Support group and region sourcing requests, not limited but including samples order handling and delivery arrangement and follow up the relevant status.

• Working closing with engineering and production division on cab tilting system cost down programs and achieved cost saving of 4%.• Supported recreational vehicle division to develop new model VIDLACE and going on the market successfully. • Strategic procurement of raw materials per month, like steel plates, Al-Ingots, Zinc ingots. Annual amount 20 M RMB.
