·        Performs visual mechanical inspection of incoming and outgoing probe cards.·        Performs electrical test/basic API operation, leakage test, leakage at overtravel, contact resistance, probe force, capacitance check and planarity & alignment.·        Analyzes results and perform basic troubleshooting using device schematics and component list  ·        Do manual tweaking, repair and pin adjustment for probe card planarity and alignment if necessary.·        Ensure the timely machine preventive maintenance, monitoring and calibration. Monitoring of ESD, Temperature and Humidity.

·        Support the set-up and frequent docking/undocking ATE to prober/handler based on daily engineering/production activities.·        Diagnose and trouble shoot handlers/test stations when problem arise, working with engineers and vendors to bring up equipment.·        Debug hardware including ATE boards, sockets and probe cards. Gather engineering data by using Oscilloscopes, network analyzers, multi-meters and basic semiconductor test equipment.·        Maintenance support for handler and test including periodic preventive maintenance and calibration activities. Generate and maintain equipment calibration and PM records for ISO compliance/audits.·        Able to communicate well with engineers/leaders and across functional support groups and elevate to engineers for permanent fix.·        Familiar with wafer prober and testers. Electroglas 4090, TEL P-8XL, P-12XL and PrecioXL with Testers: Maverick, Magnum, Teradyne and DiamondX series.·        Perform IQA, Buy-off for incoming hardwares ·        Emergency Response Team Member
