 Creating safety awareness among the workforce by organizing safety forums, presentations and conducting Toolbox talks. Develop coordinate and implement appropriate health, safety, and environment plans, procedures and related internal trainings  Ensuring company activities comply with health and safety regulations and best practices in the industry. Working in close relation with the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and the senior management team to set safety standards in the workplace. Carrying out risk assessments and identifying hazards. Carrying out safety inspections, internal audits, and reporting to the management for corrective actions. Ensuring preventive measures, hazard control, and personal protective equipment are provided, implemented, and used. Assisting in the establishment of health and safety policies. Assisting in the prevention of accidents and fire incidents and keeping records of all safety-related events. Investigating and reporting all near misses/incidents/accidents on site and providing recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
