From a business perspective, the outputs of the analysis included: The automation of existing cumbersome manual financial accounting processes, which successfully met the business goals.

Global Digital Transformation Programme: Worked in an agile driven development environment across multiple organisational units and stakeholders on the first phase of a strategic identity and access management (IDAM) business technology initiative of merging 5 complex e-commerce web and mobile digital products (Sky.com, Sky.it, Sky.de, Sky.pl) into a single global identity and access management platform infrastructure to authenticate 21M+ customers across 5 countries, enabling them to securely and seamlessly access over 30+ web and mobile (iOS and Android) market leading services with a long-term goal of reducing costs, improving customer experience (UX, UI), big data analytics to drive global revenue growth.

Investment Book of Records - The development of 3 new applications, a data warehouse where all external data was stored and processed, a valuations system which was based on Bloomberg AIM’s records and a reconciliations system which was used to validate positions against 3rd parties.
