At a personal level, I believe I am a lover of adventures. I love the risk of new explorations, the secrets of new discoveries and the reward of pioneering new fields. This has been at the core to my wide and varied professional and careerexperiences. I like the thrills and risks of exploring innovative ideas, traversing new frontiers and making a success of them through the learning experience they offer. Despite my early training in Mechanical Engineering, I have operated much more in the Electrical field. Most of my contract work have been executed in Medium and High Voltage Electrical Installations. Going into renewable energy is prompted by my belief in this area as the new frontier of the future of Energy, safe, sustainable and in the long run, cheaper than current fossil fuel regime. I want to help plot the coordinates to the future of societal transformation through Renewable Energy.I realised just a few years ago that our conduct towards the environment, our hopes for the next generation after ours, the dangers, almost irreversible that our successor generations will face makes certain compelling decisions critical today. There is nowhere this creates an emergency situation more than in the fossil energy society we have built which now needs to be rebuilt around sustainable green, and safe energy generation for homes, commerce and the Industries of the future. That is the reason for this new venture. My motivating force all my adult career, has been about offering service to aswide a spectrum of communities as possible rather than training my sights on narrow but more lucrative few. It has been about giving value at a wide level to a significant majority and expanding the radius of professional influence as larger communities benefit from the work I help to execute. My thoughts, decisions and actions have been guided by service and the value I help to leverage gives me enormous joy, satisfaction and reward in return
