As an undergraduate at the University of Houston, I am pursuing a degree in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Information Technology, set to graduate in December 2024. My academic journey has been complemented by diverse hands-on experiences that have shaped my skills and professional outlook.Over the past several years, I've built a strong foundation in both technology and customer service. Currently, I work as an Audio/Visual Technician at the University of Houston, where I manage AV setups for a variety of events, ranging from large-scale presentations to performance-based shows. This role has honed my technical skills and enhanced my ability to provide exceptional customer service.Previously, I worked as a Barista at The Teahouse Tapioca and Tea in Houston, TX, where I developed valuable hospitality skills, led a team through peak times, and ensured accurate order communication.Additionally, I've gained significant experience through internships, including an IT NetOps role at the University of Houston, where I maintained and troubleshot network/data rooms, and an Information Technology Internship at Glebus Alloys, where I managed software configurations and explored network protocols.As I approach graduation, I am actively seeking full-time employment opportunities for 2025 where I can leverage my technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service experience.
