Within this role, I am the first point of contact and facilitate the connecting of clients to salon. I oversee bookings for all clients by phone and internal systems, averaging 200 per week, ensuring stylists and operator schedules are maximized and oversee inventory ordering for front of house and back of house, effectively ensuring proper stock levels are maintained to meet client’s needs. Working alongside the Marketing Director, I also travel to all Toronto based locations to execute promotions and confirm that all promotional materials are properly launched and displayed.

As a department manager, I was able to hone in on my project management skills, instrumental in scheduling and budgeting to ensure maximum profitability through action plans and product moves resulting in daily, monthly and annual sales targets being met.
