As the Lead Designer and Product Manager at Pluhg, I am responsible for overseeing the end-to-end design and development of our innovative connections platform. My role involves:Product Strategy: Leading the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. I work closely with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and guide the product lifecycle from concept to launch.UX/UI Design: Designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. I focus on creating seamless interactions that enable users to connect, communicate, and collaborate efficiently while maintaining a strong emphasis on privacy and security.Team Leadership: Leading a talented team of designers and developers, providing direction, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of our product initiatives.
