As a fast-paced and process-driven environment, I developed an interest in process improvement and integration, leading me to pursue programming and web development.As a web developer, I combined my technical skills to deliver custom websites, landing pages and emails. By providing insightful feedback on possible process improvements, I helped the organization streamline development needs and improve the complexity of the projects they undertook.As a General Manager, I led and developed cross-functional teams to share their perspective and collaborate on identifying, developing and executing on both short and long-term priorities.
