GMedTech,Due to my signing of a non disclosure agreement, datails of this work experience must be vague. GMedTech research and develop medical devices, they work closely with clinicians from private hospitals.Work mainly consisted of partnering up with my supervisor and gaining knowledge of ongoing projects.Researching different products which could be used for the particular projects we were working on and finding distributors.Contacting distributors for samples of products and retrieving safety data sheets for filing before product use.Designing moulds and making multiple copies of the mould using different ratios of mixtures and analyzing the products to find the correct ratio needed for the application.Communicating with my supervisor and the clinicians about my latest product and design, so that I may avail of their critique.Writing up reports of work carried out within the laboratory.Keeping the work area clean and free from clutter.
