Military Operations and Staff Manager

As executive officer, or "XO," I am in charge of an Army unit's administrative operations and the second-ranked officer in the unit. I manage between 110 to 140 soldiers. My main focus is to handle administrative duties for my unit. I function as the chief of staff and delegate responsibilities to specialized staffers. Logistics duties include overseeing supplies to ensure the unit has adequate inventory of everything it needs and supervise logistics operations, such as transportation, ammunition, and maintenance. I help to guarantee the readiness of the unit. This might include executing the commander's orders and his plans, or even issuing orders and developing plans myself.
