• Led Esurance Mobile and Esurance.com teams through the agile product development lifecycle, shipping two integrated product features, to drive self-serve rates and reduce costs in claims (goal of 25% reduction in claims calls) and policy management (goal of 25% reduction in calls post successful digital transaction) spaces • Defined customer- and business-focused KPIs to ensure product development addressed key customer pain points and drove towards broader enterprise strategic goals• Forecasted impact of feature-level enhancements and created development roadmaps for products to successfully secure funding by leadership despite complications and funding constraints caused by Allstate-Esurance merger
